So Cynthia is a food stylist I have been blessed to work with on other commercial projects and who has become an unofficial mentor for working with larger clients on a national level. As a thank you I asked if I might tag along on a surf outing with her family…something that is NOT staged, and IS normal for them…BADASS! I hope to be as fortunate to share the love of the ocean with my family and fingers crossed that our children might also get into surfing!

What a memorable and BEAUTIFUL wedding. A hurricane literally sat over us. One of the most EPIC sunsets I have ever seen…imagine light literally glowing off of everything. A property whose grounds once welcomed the original settlers of Charles Towne…I am talking OLD SCHOOL. And the couple!!! Paisely + Josh, soft, confident, sweet, and lighthearted, the impressions I took from these two went far deeper than brief words might convey. I loved watching them, their interaction together, alone, with friends+family. As a photographer it is a part of my role to watch, to judge, to click. This day was so wonderful. Thanks Friends for allowing Zach and I to join ya’ll. Pulling it all together were the ladies from W.E.D. with florals by SYG Floral Design,…oh sugar, lost the vendor list. The band from atlanta killed it, I mean absolutely crushed it with serious boogie bottom wigglin over the top awesome dancing going down!

Getting Ready at The Sanctuary on Kiawah Island with the Ceremony and Reception held just off the 18th green of one of the worlds greatest golf courses, The Ocean Course on Kiawah. Lastly, the Bull Charge move on the dance floor, CLASSIC, I am totally stealing that! TORO!!! I love this one!
