Macintosh {Food Photography} Charleston SC

The newest venture from the rockstars at the Indigo Road Restaurant Group…The Macintosh.  It reminds me so much of the many amazing restaurants that at times seem fewer here on the east coast [and more profusive on the west coast].  Reasonable in price, diverse in offerings without losing a singular consistency of being straight up tasty without being complicated.  Add in tasty cocktails, soft ambient lighting, beautiful accoustics and you have this lovely gem of a restaurant.  I have been blessed to work with I.R. many times before and have now had the opportunity to be a part of the transformation from empty shell to what you see before you.  Also I was commissioned to produce some fine art photography for the walls….end result; 3 large format pieces [an ambiguous image of water {taken from Ft. Sumter on the very first night ever of a private dinner being held on site a few months back}, a knife and fork {that became Ash and I's wedding knife and fork...oh and the knife is from the late 1800s with a bone handle and sterling silver and the fork is from the early 1900s and looks like something Poseidon would wield!!}, and a picture of rolling farmland....pretty sweet stuff].  So I hope you enjoy….

OH and I want ya’ll that follow this site to know that since my last post September 8th [and yup its now the 18th of november, my apologies fellow photo editors for slacking, its just been that busy], I have married, travelled in, out and around the country and have some seriously beautiful imagery to share with you in the coming weeks now that life is starting to relax, well relatively that is, LOL!
